Guided Meditation to Balance the Energy Bodies Using the Elements

When our energy is able to flow through our body effortlessly, we are allowing new energy to flow in as we simultaneously release the old. This constant flow of old and new can be physical, and also emotional. When we maintain this flow, we allow growth. Although it would be ideal for this balanced flow to be constant, we all have different circumstances and therefore we can have blocks within our energetic bodies that not only block the flow of new things coming in, but also these blockages can redirect energy from where it is needed within the body. This happens to each and every one of us and is why taking time to sit with yourself and your body as often as you can is so beneficial. Practicing mindfulness daily. This meditation is a great way to gently and organically release what has accumulated in your physical, etheric, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. Helping to gently release these blocks using the elements and nourishing all areas of your body so you can move forward and offer yourself balance. When we have this foundation within our physical and energetic bodies, healing can happen. This interconnectedness is available to each and every one of us. We just have to tune in and listen to the language of our bodies. This takes time, so remember to be gentle with yourself in the process.
