Guided Meditation for Aphantasia | Non Visualization Meditation For Relaxing Into the Moment

Aphantasia is the inability to visualize mental images. This means not being able to see things in one’s own mind. The level of this condition varies greatly in degree, and many people who live with Aphantasia are also unable to recall sounds, smells, sensations, or touch. Even if not diagnosed with this condition, this meditation is a great way to practice meditation without visualization. It helps you to tune into your body here and now, in the present moment, without tuning into the mind’s eye. Helping you to relax into the present moment. Allowing you to carry this relaxation with you throughout the rest of the day.
