Falling asleep comes easy for some and not so easy for others. It is a time when we can reflect the day, or it can be a time when thoughts seem to ruminate and the mind at times does not match the body. This racing mind, or restless body can make us frustrated, which can effect our ability to fall asleep even more. This guided meditation will help you to cleat the energetic body of anything still with you from the course of the day and it will calm the physical body by a guided relaxation. The end of this meditation will be longer, allowing you to drift into sleep, or listen to the music as you rest and your body unwinds.
