What is dissociation?
It’s disconnecting from the here and now. From thoughts, feelings, memories and sense of self.
This meditation can safely bring you back to yourself, your body and your thoughts.
Great to do when we feel disconnected the most, or when we disconnect because we don’t want to feel at all.
Be kind with yourselves.
