As humans on this planet, we are face to face daily with emotional and physical demand. The days go by one after another crammed with busy schedules and tasks. It keeps us in constant demand both mentally and physically. This meditation will help us to pause. reflect, and to remind ourselves that slowing down is necessary. Slow is not a dirty word.
