Guided Grounding Meditation

Grounding is a vital part of tuning in with yourself. Grounding centers us, clears us and connects us with the earth. In this brief meditation, you will calm your mind, ground yourself and leave your mind and body grounded and ready to start the day, or end it. This can be done in the morning or the evening before bed as any time and any place is always a great time to ground.
